Refund policy

Since each order from Whisker & Sage is customized for you and your pet, we are not able to offer returns.  We are, however, able to cancel or modify your order if you change your mind within 45 minutes since our artists begin work on your order as soon as your order is placed.  If your order was placed more than 45 minutes ago, please reach out to us and we will try to work with you to change or cancel the order, but this is reviewed on a case by case basis. 

 

Your happiness and satisfaction are most important to us.  If, once delivered, you are unhappy with the product for any reason, please reach out to us and we will work with you to see what we can do to make your artwork what you expected. 

 

If, for any reason, you receive the wrong product, incorrect size, print style, or your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be more than happy to replace it for you.
