Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Whisker & Sage! Each of our custom pet portraits is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, our shipping times may be a little different than a typical retail order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • Custom Artwork Creation: Once we receive your order and pet photo(s), our artists get to work! Artwork typically takes 3–5 business days to complete.

  • Review & Approval (if applicable): If your order includes a proofing step, we’ll send a digital preview for your approval via email. The sooner you approve, the sooner we print!

  • Printing & Fulfillment: After approval (or once the artwork is complete for non-proofed orders), printing takes an additional 2–4 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Every piece we create is bespoke, meaning it’s drawn just for you by one of our skilled artists. Because of this, a little extra time goes into making your portrait perfect.

  • United States: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks
  • International: Estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks

Please note the following:

  • delivery times can vary slightly, especially in very remote locations.
  • shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $90
  • Flat $10 Shipping for orders under $90 within the United States
  • Flat $15 Shipping for international orders under $90

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us at [your support email] and we’ll help investigate. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will always do our best to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Whisker & Sage is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more info.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to U.S. export regulations, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries or regions:

  • Cuba
  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
  • Russian Federation
  • Belarus
  • Syria
